What exactly am I buying?
Digital resources — templates, systems, trackers and guides delivered as Notion, Google Sheets, Canva, Google Docs or PDF files. Each product page lists the formats and what's included.
How is a resource delivered?
After checkout, the resource is added to your STARTLESS library and a download link is sent to your email. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.
Do I need Notion or Canva to use these?
It depends on the resource. Every product page lists the tools it works with, and most are available on the free tiers of Notion, Google Sheets and Canva.
Can I use these for client work?
Yes. You can use STARTLESS resources in your own projects and client work. You cannot resell, redistribute or repackage them as your own product. The full terms are on the License page.
Do bundles cost less than buying separately?
Always. Each bundle page shows the combined individual price and the bundle price, and the saving.
What if a resource isn't right for me?
Because these are digital files, refunds are handled case by case. If something is broken, mis-described or not what you expected, contact us and we'll make it right. See the Refund Policy for details.
Will I get updates?
Yes. When a resource you own is updated, the new version is available in your library at no extra cost.
Is my payment secure?
Payment is handled by a dedicated checkout provider. STARTLESS never sees or stores your card details.
